We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligible Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused
- Item must be in original condition
- Item must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized items
- Made-to-order products
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at waytosay4love@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of packaging
We will offer a replacement or full refund when applicable.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you regarding approval.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
